The steps in our company’s conceptual design process include: setting clear objectives and requirements, creating sketches and concept drawings, gathering feedback from various sources, confirming technical feasibility, building prototypes, and ultimately selecting the final concept.

03 - Engineering Design

Vehicle engineering design is a comprehensive work, aimed at creating and planning vehicle engineering projects. Engineering design according to customer requirements and vehicle modeling concept design, mainly including chassis, electrical appliances, body, interior, accessories, etc.

The entire engineering design process consists of: requirement analysis, general layout design, detailed structural design, material selection, structural analysis and verification, motion analysis and verification, safety and environmental analysis, cost analysis, engineering drawing design, and validation, among others.

04 - Mold Design And Manufacturing

Mold Design and Mold Manufacturing are essential steps in the production of products, involving the creation of tools and molds for manufacturing the required components.

05 - Mold testing and Injection Molding Production

After the completion of the mold, it is necessary to perform debugging to ensure its proper operation. This involves testing the injection process, temperature control, and pressure using the predetermined injection materials, completing the prototype testing.

2、Injection Production

Mass production of products is carried out through injection molding, using materials customized based on the material properties selected during mold design.

06 - Product finalization: Vehicle Test

Product Finalization: Product finalization involves conducting vehicle type testing in accordance with the vehicle development testing outline. This testing is performed to validate the design, product quality, and manufacturing processes. If the type testing passes, it proceeds to production preparation.

07 - Manufacturing: Four Major Production Processes

Conduct production preparation work following the standard production process, and provide complete technical documentation for the entire vehicle, procurement channels and pricing information, quality documentation, production process documentation, and packaging and transportation documentation.

08 - Product Delivery: packing and shipping

Deliver in quality and quantity as agreed in the contract with the customer.
